Standard cleaning
The weekly reset for your apartment
Our most-booked service and the backbone of any recurring plan. It keeps a home that is already in decent shape looking that way, on a rhythm you choose: weekly, biweekly or monthly.
- Kitchen: counters, cooktop, sink, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts
- Bathrooms: tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, tile wipe-down
- All rooms: dusting, surfaces, mirrors, switch plates and handles

Deep cleaning
A more detailed reset for your home
Our Deep Cleaning service builds on everything included in a Standard Cleaning, with extra attention given to the areas that collect buildup over time. It's ideal for first-time professional cleanings, seasonal resets, or homes that need more detail than routine maintenance.

- Doors and door frames wiped down
- Light switches and outlet covers cleaned
- Accessible light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted and wiped
- Additional detailing and scrubbing time for tubs and showers
- Light dusting/wiping of accessible radiator exteriors
Best for: first-time cleanings, seasonal resets, or homes that haven't received a detailed cleaning recently.
Inside appliances, cabinet interiors, full wall cleaning, windows/blinds, and other specialty services are available separately.
Restorative cleaning
Our most intensive top-to-bottom clean
For homes requiring substantially more attention than a traditional Deep Cleaning. Restorative Cleaning combines detailed whole-home cleaning with expanded appliance, cabinet, fixture, vent, closet, wall and window/blind detailing.

Full wall washing is not included. Excessive buildup, clutter, hazardous conditions, or work outside the listed scope may require an additional adjustment.
Move in / move out cleaning

Designed for empty homes and apartments during a move, our Move-In/Out Cleaning combines the detail of our Deep Cleaning service with additional attention inside key kitchen storage and appliances.

Property should be completely empty before service. Kitchen cabinets and drawers must be empty, and the refrigerator should be emptied whenever possible. Excess garbage, belongings, or conditions outside the booked scope may result in additional charges.

Offices, studios, salons, clinics and retail across NYC. Nightly, several times a week or monthly, with a written scope so nothing is ambiguous and one person to call. Commercial work is quoted rather than booked online, so the scope and access are agreed before we start.

Construction dust is not ordinary dust: it settles for days and moves around when disturbed. We clean high to low, in passes, with HEPA vacuums so the space is genuinely usable on handover. These jobs are quoted after a walkthrough, not booked online, because the number of passes depends on the site.
