Before you book

Can I book a commercial or post construction clean online?

No. Those two are quoted first: we agree the scope, access and schedule after a walkthrough, then put the visits in the calendar. Send the details through this form and we will come back with a quote.

How fast can you come?

Most first home cleans happen within 48 hours. Move out cleans are better booked three to five days ahead so we can put the right crew on it.

Do I need to be home?

No. Plenty of clients leave access instructions with a doorman or a lockbox. We confirm the arrival window either way.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, everything is included, and we carry unscented products for homes with kids, pets or sensitive lungs. Note it on the form.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within 48 hours and we return to re-clean that area at no cost.

Are you insured?

Fully insured and bonded, with background-checked cleaners. We send certificates of insurance to building management on request.
