Bright City Cleaning was built around one idea: cleaning is a service business, and service means showing up when you said you would, cleaning what you said you would, and being easy to reach afterwards.
How we work
We stayed small on purpose. Every cleaner on a job has been vetted, trained on our checklists and paid properly, which is why they stay and why your recurring clean tends to be the same faces each visit.
We bring our own supplies and equipment on every visit, including unscented products for homes with kids, pets or sensitive lungs. Just tell us on the booking form.
And we quote before we arrive. You will never get a call halfway through a clean asking for more money.

Four promises, in plain language
You get an arrival window, not a vague day. If traffic or a subway delay changes it, we text you before it becomes your problem.
Each service has a written checklist and it is the same every visit. You can read the full list for your service before you book.
Tell us within 48 hours and we return to re-clean the area at no charge. No forms, no argument.
Fully insured and bonded, with background-checked cleaners and certificates of insurance available for your building management.
